Recently purchased an item, completely operational nothing wrong with it at all. Was purchased last minute before store closing so I didn’t want to burden the rep with setting it up. However she misrepresented the item saying false things and features that my model did not have. I am waiting to hear back from the owner but do I even have a leg to stand on here?
