My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas
I have a son in Texas who I have yet to meet, hes turning two in March. After his mother found out I have a daughter, she is refusing to let me be any part of his life. Saying glad you can take care of this baby and not him when Ive been trying to get pictures and see how hes doing and buying him things to send to him. (Pretty sure she just had hopes of us getting together for some reason even though she was a one night stand, so now shes mad) I just havent gotten down to Texas as I live in Michigan and havent had the time or the means to go down there yet.
Can she just deny me any communication with or about him? All while shes getting child support money from me. Can I do anything through the courts to get me visitation even though hes so young, I havent met him yet and we live so far apart?
