Establishing an Order: What to Do if You're Denied Any Communication With Your Child

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas

I have a son in Texas who I have yet to meet, he’s turning two in March. After his mother found out I have a daughter, she is refusing to let me be any part of his life. Saying ‘glad you can take care of this baby and not him’ when I’ve been trying to get pictures and see how he’s doing and buying him things to send to him. (Pretty sure she just had hopes of us getting together for some reason even though she was a one night stand, so now she’s mad) I just haven’t gotten down to Texas as I live in Michigan and haven’t had the time or the means to go down there yet.

Can she just deny me any communication with or about him? All while she’s getting child support money from me. Can I do anything through the courts to get me visitation even though he’s so young, I haven’t met him yet and we live so far apart?
