My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Washington
Long story short, I was coming through a town that is right on the King County/Pierce County border. I was pulled over for 29 over. The cop had said he got me on radar at the intersection before the hill.
Well, that particular intersection is in King County, & the officer was a Pierce County Sheriff. Out of jurisdiction?
2nd, he wrote the wrong town on the ticket. He stated that it occurred in a town nearly 1 hour away from where this took place!
Also got a no insurance card ticket too.
What are my odds of this getting dropped?
