My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: Ohio
I have a few more questions if you guys can feel like taking a crack at them. My first cousin on my fathers side is a shark. She was POA. From what I gather, it doesn't mean a whole lot upon my fathers death and she has no right to his belongings/property or does she? Does my cousin have to be named by my living father executioner of the estate or can she apply for it?
