My question involves defamation in the state of: indo-pakistan
In a tv show an advocate bad mouthed judges of senior courts and senior lawyers. His actions seemed like conspiracy between some other lawyers there and the tv anchor who didn't stop him and continued the show.
As that advocates action is provocative and tends to defame judiciary and malign judges reputation and give them a bad image to public is intolerable.
Sadly no lawyer or judge has taken notice of it but i was quite hurt as it shattered my faith both in judges, judiciary and advocates.
What is the legal remedy available to sue that lawyer in the greater public and national interest?
I have proof of the tv show n can produce video or audio of it in court.
