My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida
I have an issue were the Photographer who took photos and video at my wedding was recently arrested and all his computers and data storage taken by the FBI. Sadly this was just a week after the wedding and we did not get any of the photos or videos before he was arrested. Is their an official form of request to gain access to my photos and video through the FBI? Or is there no leeway for these types of situations?
