Hello,What is the average attorney drafting time for a straight forward stock purchase agreement ? Both parties are willing and ready for the stock sale and the value is nominal at about $550,000. We have been quoted between 10-75 hours by a few attorneys.What is an average amount of time drafting this? Thanks
