I was caught shoplifting 1st time. Valued less than 400$ in NYC. Have to return for first desk appearance court date in Jan 2018. I will go.
I am not US visa holder just a tourist. My job required me to travel around the world.
-ACD or Disorderly Conduct is better for me as my job required me to travel in multiple countries.
-Will it stay in my record ?
-If I got ACD. For the period of 6 months. Can I still travel having The case not sealed ? I never ever have criminal record.
-I am now outside USA. I have to appear at the first court desk in Jan 2018 At Midtown community court. Will I enter US without any problem ?
