If a masseuse video tapes a client without their knowing of the camera, can this video be used as evidence of possible solicitation / prostitution?
Note: no specific request for sexual favors was made by either party before or during the massage.
Texas privacy laws as I read them entitles the customer to expect privacy in this situation.
There was no police surveillance or sting operation in place.
