My question involves malpractice in the state of: NJ.
My question is that somebody went to the emergency room with severe vomiting, a CAT scan was done at the emergency room. They said that the person had cancer in their uterus. They were sent home with the report and told to follow up because this particular hospital has no OBGYN or maternity Department. Long story short person did not have cancer but did wind up with a total hysterectomy and their ovaries removed also. Can this person sue for malpractice?
