My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: California
I was recently in the hospital and a CNA of mine had screwed up , nothing major, but enough that I noticed, recently I saw that same CNA doing illegal drugs outside of work, didn't look to be the first time, expensive set up , I didn't take a photo , I just removed myself from the situation ,Is this something the hospital needs to be aware of without proof?
