Transfer of Title: What to Do if a Dealership That Holds Your Car Title Goes Out of Business

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: GA
Two years ago I bought a honda accord through a dealership in gwinnett county ga. I traded that car in a few months ago. I was only then informed that the dealership never sent the title to my bank, who i have the loan through. I called the dealership at least 40 times trying to get it straightened out and they gave me the run around for two months. They told me to give them two weeks. When I called back after they failed to send me the title I learned that they were 'closed' aka changed names. After doing some research I found out that this is their m.o. They have a few names they switch between when they get caught. There is a class action lawsuit being carried out against them now. I had to contact the dealership (a different one) I traded the car into and they had to track the car down and are now getting it back, BUT they want me to bring the car i purchased through them back as well and re purchase it. I honestly have no idea what to do. The first loan is ruining my credit and no one can tell me how to get my title from these people. I need help! Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.
