My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Mississippi, I was accused of stealing $60 And buying what they say is hard drugs at my place of business,when I closed the previous night we were -$60.10 ,I called n texted the manager to let her know and got no response from her,then I opened the next morning and texted her that I couldn't figure out where that money went and she finally replied about 15 min later telling me,if that's the number you are coming up with,go on and enter it. I texted back and said I already did about 10 min ago because she failed to call or text back,so that day up to 3 pm I was thee only one trying to figure out what happened to it with no help from her, 3 o clock rolls around n I'm called into the office n question about doing drugs n buying drugs at work or on the premises,I said I smoke marijuana at night to help me eat n sleep, was never given a drug test just told I was temporarily suspended from work with no time frame given at all.
Suspended on False Accusations and No Proof
