My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: NY
When I purchased my vehicle in 2012, I purchased the lifetime warranty with the vehicle.
The vehicle has an extensive service history which began when the vehicle had just 14000 miles on it. Through the years, major repairs were completed under the extended warranty.
But now there is an issue for which the vehicle is back at the dealership for the 5th time.
Which leads to my question: Does the dealership get an infinite number of chances to repair this vehicle? If not, what is my recourse?
