My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: california off the I-15 North i got pulled over going to Pala casino right off the 1-15 north. i was driving from san diego but the thing is i just realized this guy wrote down a traffic code violation for a 65mph limit speed not a 70mph. the thing is i know this freeway because i go to this casino a lot! where he pulled me over the posted speed limit is 70 so in this case if i were to go to court and tell the judge this what would happen? would this be dismissed because he wrote down the wrong speeding violation ?
