Ownership Rights: Ex Has My Motorcycle Title in Her Name. She Refuses to Transfer Back

My question involves personal property located in the State of:Florida, My ex fiancé has the title to my motorcycle in her name. It was gifted to her two years back from me to protect it from a possible bankruptcy. Which never did happen. Now that we’re breaking up she refuses to give the title back and is holding it ransom for $5000. During this time I’ve insured it. Put thousands of dollars into it and have proof from a builder of it . Do I have any leg to stand on in civil court. She can’t ride a motorcycle, has no license never has just a bitter vengeful woman . There was no contract ever put on the motorcycle for payment of any sort .
What course of action do you recommend. Is it worth going to small claims or do I have to file a civil suit?
