My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Mississippi. I bought a truck from an individual 1.5 years ago. It had 166xxx miles on the truck. I listed it for sale last week and I had a guy come looked it and ran the Carfax on it. The truck showed to have 310,xxx miles on it about 3 month before I bought it. So I did a little looking in to and the dash cluster was apparently swapped out and it has the guy that I bought it from auto. shop name wrote on the cluster. What should I do?
