Robbery: Nonconsentual Kissing of a Minor

My question involves criminal law for the state of: North Carolina.

Does anyone know, if a 19 year old kisses a 14 year old without her consent, but without the use of or threat of physical violence, is it a crime in North Carolina? If so, what specifically would the charge be? I am also confused about the definition of "lewd and lascivious" as it applies to North Carolina law.
