My question involves criminal records for the state of: TEXAS
I got a Class C Misdemeanor assault charge 7 years ago. It was a ticket and I just paid for it and moved on with life. In the state of Texas, can I have this expunged or seal from my record? I've never been in trouble. A few traffic violations, thats it. It's effecting my efforts in getting a new job and I never realized it would.
