My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida
I recently dropped off the increase in my child support order to the job where their father works. For the last two months I haven't received my support and it does come out of the fathers checks. I finally went to the office two weeks ago and was informed that my support payments were being paid to the other child support case he had open. They also confirmed that they were deposited meaning they were cashed. I don't know if that's fraud or if anything can be done.
