Use and Enforcement: Landlocked Property in Oklahoma

My question involves real estate located in the State of: Oklahoma

My family purchased 80 acres in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma in January 2003 for mainly hunting/recreation purposes. There is a county road that approaches the southwestern gate of our property but cannot be used to access our property due to a bridge that was closed by the county around November 2000 and washed out a few years ago. This creek that the bridge formally crossed is directly before our property line and keeps us from accessing it by truck or ATV. It is barely accessible safely on foot. The first few years we owned the property, the bridge was in good enough condition to cross on foot and ATV but is obviously not in the shape to do so now.

After that point, we were able to access the northern end of our property by crossing the adjacent landowners pasture. We obtained permission to use one of his gates off of the state highway and drive across his property to our north gate. Now, the property owner is denying us access because us crossing the field is upsetting his cattle.

At this point, we have began discussions with the county commissioner about providing us access using the county road but obviously he's not going to agree to repair the bridge easily. He did however direct us towards Title 69. Roads Bridges and Ferries of the Oklahoma statutes and said if we could find something for him to use, it could be a possibility.

Basically, I'd like some advice on the best course of action to go towards getting access to our property. Thanks in advance!
