My question involves a child custody case from the State of: VA
My ex and I were never married. His name is on the Birth certificate. He pays child support, even though he owes a lot. Someone just told me that I have automatically sole custody as there is no court ordered custody agreement. Is that correct? I know I have sole custody in regards to child support as he sees his daughter less then 90 days a year.
