My question involves criminal law for the state of: New Mexico
My boyfriend was just recently given a Bugs Bunny ID as a gag gift from a friend of ours, and we were wondering what would happen if my boyfriend was pulled over for a traffic offence and gave the police officer the Bugs Bunny ID. He would obviously give his real drivers license afterwards but could showing the Bugs Bunny one be a crime? Like false ID or disorderly conduct maybe?
