My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Massachusetts.
My significant other was awarded custody of his teenage son last week. He was enrolled in school here, and is very excited. We can not afford to buy him a new wardrobe as the modification you support order has not been issued. His mother is claiming she will donate all his brand new clothes and personal affects. Can she do that? Or are those his clothes as child support is current.
