Search and Seizure: How to Challenge a Vehicle Search Based on a Dog Sniff

My question involves criminal law for the state of: South Carolina.

BACK STORY : I was pulled over on I95 headed thru South Carolina. Cruise control is set for 5 mph under the speed limit. The officer I noticed fallowing me for 4 miles . I got pulled over for apparent swerving, the( car is equipped with swerve control Driving a rental with NY TAGS . My girl asleep in the passenger seat .no apparent reason to have the vehicle searched .

officer asked me to step out and asked if i would mind him searching the vehicle I stated if I did something wrong I like my tickets and I love to be on my way in off of the side of the road he stated we were going to wait for an officer so that he could go around the car with his song I feel this dog and the officer violated my fourth amendment right (I clearly stated I was not ok with a search ) when the officer motioned for the dog to jump up with paws on the passenger window and SNIFF INSIDE THE VEHICLE .

I understand they have the RIGT to have the dog sniff outside and around the car . But entering his Head into the car before he " got a hit or not " was against my decision to not allow the officer an internal search. no reason to search .

How can I file for Video FOOTAGE , Body cam and or squad car footage , and represent my self.
