I've been caring for a 17 year old for the past 6 months with no help from his adoptive parents. They are saying now, that they are coming to take him away because he is going to become a dad in February. He turns 18 in December. Can they just come force him to go back home now? If so, what does he need to do to legally be able to stay here until his birthday?
