My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Indiana
So i bought a motorcycle and stupidly didnt check the title closely... First off the title is in very bad condition but still legible. Secondly the title was signed and dated from October 2015 and lastly isnt registered to the seller... Am i completly screwed or what can i do... I have a bill of sale but figure its pretty worthless since its not the titled owner
