My question involves criminal records for the state of: Mississippi.
I was booked for embezzlement 2 years ago. After seeing a judgle, I asked him to have it expunged off my record. He agreed to my response and i paid the fine in full. How can i check to see if it has been expunged off my record. This was my first offense.
