My question involves a marriage in the state of: South Carolina. My husband and I have been married 11 years. We have two children and one on the way. We have lived separately for two years, but do not have a legal separation. I, of course, became pregnant four months ago by my husband. He has not helped or paid any type of support since August. He recently quit his job. I filed for court ordered child support this week through DSS. Due to my husbands lifestyle I want a divorce. As a single low income mom I'm not sure what I can do, how to protect my children, my rights, or where to begin.
