I recently purchased a moped that doesn't have a title and the person I purchased it from bought it from someone else who didn't have the title either. I only have the bill of sale from the transaction. I was wondering if anyone knows how to apply for a moped title and registration in Illinois. I tried researching it on the DMV's website and I couldn't find anything about what to do when you don't have the title for a moped. If anyone could help me that would be great.
