My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Texas
My employer is deducting 86% from my paycheck for child support, instead of the state maximum of 50%. They know they are doing this and even said they are "fixing it" and have been "fixing it" for over a month. Do they owe me back what they weren't suppose to take? What they are taking anyways and admitting at first they can take what they want?
