I got in to an accident and just got a ticket in the mail. One infraction was for no insurance. The car was insured. The other infraction was for "speed to fast for conditions". I told the officer i was doing the speed limit. How is this possible that they ticket me for speeding when i told them i was doing the speed limit and the car was insured??
