My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: New Jersey.
went to the hospital due to a concussion, they stated CAT scan revealed bleeding at the back of my head and said I should stay overnight or be transferred to a trauma hospital. As a result of their statement, I was transferred to a trauma hospital and later revealed after a second cat scan that there was no bleeding at all. I am now being billed for services that would of never been given if they provided accurate information with the first cat scan. Is there anything I can do, in regards to their false statements?
