Hi ,im from boston massachussets.
Few months ago i rented a room for my friend on verbal contract ,and today he payied the rent 12 days later and said that hes moving out on first day in next month..
I told him he got finish kitchen floor that he started ,and that he was suppost to give 30 days notice .
He dont want to finnish the floor and dont wanna pay for it and his room is damaged too...
What i can do ??
Its any paper that a can graItto show him?
Where is the information or notice that i can give to him ?
Because i dont want to he move out before he pay the damages and else...because ill need more day to rent the room nd finish the flor...
I know if i give him a right notice or something like that he will pay and wait to move out...sorry for the english try to understand me please
