My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Missouri
Recently my girlfriends parents are going through a nasty break up. A long story short Mom cheated on Dad.
Recently the "Other Guy" has been sending messages to both Dad and my Girlfriend of a threatening nature and leaving voicemails of the same. Is it possible for just her to get a restraining order against him? The issue were not sure is that previously Dad went down and assaulted the Other Guy and we are not positive if this would have any influence on the process or not. Thanks in advance for any help and I can easily provide more information.
