My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California.
I got a speeding ticket in California (Inyo County). It appears that due to budget cuts, they have not entered my ticket into their system almost 2 months later; they dont seem to have the staff to do this quickly. How long do they have to enter the ticket into their system before it is no longer valid? Im guessing its a couple years, but want to confirm.
Just want to see if there is a statue of Limitations on when they can notify me.
