My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Texas. A car rear ended me on the freeway, causing me to hit the car in front of me. The rear car was speeding into my lane from the left, while I was also changing lanes to the right to exit the freeway. Once the car behind me hit my car, I braked and tried to steer my car back to the middle lane, but the car in front also braked, as there was exiting traffic. I ended up hitting their rear left. I was given a failure to control speed ticket. How can I successfully contest this?
