4 years ago I took my car to a dealer and did an even exchange with a vehicle in his lot.I signed over the title to him and he gave me the title to the vehicle he gave me. This year he was driving that vehicle with dealer plates and he hit someone and now that person's lawyer has decided to sue both of us. He never did anything with the title in DMV. What are my options
