My question involves vehicle registration or title in the state of: Florida
I bought a motorcycle from the owner. We made a deal on set price. Created a bill Of sale with drivers licenses, etc. I gave him partial payment and the remainder was to be given upon receiving the title, stated on the bill of sale. I also have a friend as a witness. It's been two months and I am getting little response. The lien is held by Captial One, they will not release any information on the loan. I know the Lien has not been released when going on floridas dmv site.
What are my legal options.
