Grounds for Eviction: Evicting Someone Who Never Paid Rent with No Lease in Texas

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Texas

My parents are elderly - in their 70's - and my 33 year old brother lives rent-free with them at home. He is addicted to meth and has caused numerous problems for many years. My parents have asked him to leave several times, have tried to kick him out, have changed the locks, etc. but are now at wit's end. He is still using and while the police have been called several times because of his erratic and/or violent behavior, my parents have been told that they can not physically force him to leave. How can I get legal grounds to have him removed by police since my parents are too frail to physically kick him out. He has no lease.

Please help. My brother is killing himself and I won't let him kill my parents from the stress any longer.
