My question involves defamation in the state of: my PCP wrote in my chart that I take my son's medication. It was then brought up in the emergency room making me look like a horrible person. My son doesn't even take the medication I was accused of taking. What can I do to this Dr office for the embarrassment and emotional distress they put me through.
