My question involves a marriage in the state of:Oklahoma my wife divorced me while I was found incompetent to stand trial. I was court ordered to a mental institutions and she knew where I was at all times but never notified me of filing for divorce. When I was released on September 9th I was given my certified letter that Carter county detention center had signed for on January 17th but I didn't arrive till January 20th. Anyway I'm a mentally ill disabled American veteran and she divorce me while I was going through all the mental institutions and stuff. She got a default divorce and was awarded all of my assets that I paid for with a premarital social security settlement. Now I have nothing and am living on the streets.
