My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Oregon
I have a brain injury that ended up effecting my ability to comprehend and understand things I'm reading unless an example it being shown I cant wrap my head around stuff. so as I have stated in previous post I haven't seen my daughter in 4 years. Her father and I are talking via face book I need to know what a step up plane would look like for a child that is almost 9 years old, and living in a different county same state.
I don't want to over whelm my daughter, I just need to know a healthy way to reintroduce my self into her life and what a healthy temp, visitation plan would look like
