My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas. My child as not live her mother since 2012 and the mother's grandmother as been taking care of the child. I was always in the picture taking care of the my child I just found out by the grandmother that the mother was not in the same house and had stopped coming by to see or check up on her children she left to go live with someone else and also my child recently informed me that " Mommy lives with her boyfriend and has been since the first day of school back in 2012. I'm very frustrated about being use as a paycheck and my child had to go through this mess. I'm a great father that will do anything for my kids so once I heard that the mother was trying to get my child and her child and use them to get a house on section 8 with her new baby's father I could not just stay be and let that happen so now my child live's with me and my wife plus my step-child and are 11 mo old. The grandmother has written me out an affidavit that's told in detail about the mother not being there for her children or want's to be I have no communication with the mother since 2012 I feel like she does not care about the situation she was never tried to reach out to me or the grandmother to make any plans of seeing her own children. It feels like she only concerned about her new life and doesn't care about the children she already has but she will put on a show for everyone to see that she so call love her kids. Any advice will help out a lot?
