My son turned 18 in May and child support stopped as of the end of June. I received a medical bill for an emergency room visit during the last week of June today (10-3-16) in the amount $350. In the custody orders the other parent is supposed to pay half the costs. How do I enforce this when child aupport is still taking garnishments for arrears?
