I am being sued for an automobile accident. The plaintiff is asking for the full limit of my liability policy. I am very much afraid of going to court and having the judgement end up being for more than my policy limits, which I understand will put my personal assets as risk - and I don't have much. Can I compel my insurance company to pay the amount that the plaintiff is asking?
