Speeding Tickets: Appearance Date / Initial Due Date

Hi. I got a ticket on June 2016 but I haven't received any letter from the course. I checked my case on lacourt.org and find my ticket due on 9/28, and I did request an extension due date on my ticket. My question is will I have to pay my ticket by the due date 9/28 or new appearance date 11/28 ? Here is my case:

Violation Date: 6/9/2016
Initial Due Date: 9/28/2016
Case Status: Extension
Last Action: Extension
Last Action / New Appearance Date: 11/28/2016 in
