My question involves criminal law for the state of: New Mexico
A cop was called in took her license number and our address, i'm a bit confused on what will happen next as the cop didn't explain to me anything other that he will send my daughters information to the place where they give probation or so? This is my daughters first time doing something like this getting in trouble with the law. They did not ban her from the store, but i'm still puzzled how will i know if my daughter will have court? Will this show up in her criminal record?
