My question involves landlord-tenant law in theFree f6. State of: Florida
[INDENT]My boyfriend and I have been arguing a lot lately and on 3 separate occasions he has made me leave with no notice. The first time I protested leaving because I had nowhere to to go. He got extremely angry with me and called the police. He lied, telling them I tried to choke him. He claims that he was told by the officers that I have to leave when he yelled me to. I however was told by a police officer that as long as I am living there, he must go through the eviction proceas. Is this true?

We have been living together for a little over 3 months and he is the only one on the lease. I get my mail sent to the house and is my home address at my doctor, school, ECT. I left willingly but now 5 days later, I have nowhere to go. Do I have my rights? Some of my belongings are still there and my cat. I have also spent the night 3 nights. I just wanted to know if I have to leave or if I have time to find my place.. Thanks.
