Driver's License Reinstatement Problems Getting Answers from DMV

My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Minnesota... I first got my license issued at age 16 in Ohio. I Lost them at age 19 for being young and foolish. All my fines are paid. I took a remedial driving course in 2009 and passed. Is it out of date? Do I need to take another. I lost my folder with that certificate and my release of for figures from Ohio. Anyway, I am 34 now. Have not had ANY issue with driving in over 10 years....I want to know ow WhT I need to do to get a valid Minnesota drivers license since no one else will answer my questions. Thanks ....u guys seem to know the laws....Chrisie from Minnesota
